| There are only a few days left until 100,000 dogs march the Internet to tell the world that collars – not cruelty – is the only solution to stop rabies. On Jan. 24, thousands of dogs will march across the Internet, telling the world that the mass killing of dogs doesn't stop rabies – only vaccination does.
