The Country Gourmet's breakfast menu includes French toast, eggs cooked a variety of ways, and buttermilk biscuits. The lunch and dinner menus feature two fresh soups daily, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and pizza. Entree specials range from wild salmon to steaks. $6-$20 Monday-Friday 7am-9pm, Saturday 9am-9pm, Sunday 8am-8:30pm Why is this location "Green"? They purchase local, wild, free-range and organic products when available. Country Gourmet's beef, pork and lamb are 100% vegetarian fed, contain no added hormones or antibiotics, and non-confined, pasture-raised animals.
