Shipping Carrier and Locations
We ship using the carrier USPS, Standard Shipping method, to the 50 United States.  We do not ship to PO Boxes, thus any orders placed listing a PO Box shipping address will not be fulfilled and will be refunded automatically.

How Your Order Will Ship
1) Generally items are shipped as soon as they become available (at no additional shipping & handling cost). However, if you prefer to have all items on your order ship together, you may contact a Customer Service Representative at 650-469-0804 and request that they group all items on your order to ship together.

2) For in-stock merchandise orders, your item(s) will be shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. 

3) For out-of-stock merchandise orders, your item(s) may not be shipped until 4-6 weeks after your order is placed.

4) Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require longer delivery times.

5) We reuse shipping and packaging materials as much as possible in an effort to conserve resources.  Thus, when you receive a package from us, please know that we are reusing materials we have received from others or that we previously purchased and are able to reuse.
