Hello, my name is... 09/19/2007 Karma: 0
This is just a bit of an icebreaker, get everybody a bit more acquainted. Hello, my name is Golda and I'm a third year film and communications student at UC Davis, originally from Cupertino, California. My hobbies are movies, tv, reading, and keeping busy. Something interesting about me...I'm half Filipino and half Caucasian although honestly only the Caucasian part shows.

How about the rest of you? Just your name, age, interests, perhaps something interesting about you. I realize all these things are on our profiles, but well, volunteering it ourselves seems much more informal. I look forward to hearing from you all!

Hi, I'm Holly. I'm 32, originally from SoCal, but after many moves have settled in Minnesota. Yeah, go figure, I traded sunshine and smog for clean air and freezing temperatures. I have a 4 1/2 yo ds and a 2 yo dd. Just started my own business, www.greenwrapz.com, specializing in organic, sustainable and fair trade products. While I am proud of all the products I choose to carry, I am most proud of the organic blankets, baby items and pet wrap because I make them myself and spent months researching fabrics and trims and all my options.
Thanks to my husband's job, I've moved 4 times in 5 years, taking me from SoCal to the twin cities, to Upstate NY, to Phily and back to the twin cities. During 2 of those moves, I was pregnant and even had to help my DH put in new laminate flooring in a house during my ninth month. When it comes down to it though, my kids are my life!

Hello!

It seems like a long time since anyone has posted around here. So let me give it a shot..

Hi.. I'm BIO-AQUA and I'm new here, 17 years old and I'm an IB high school graduate waiting for university to start. I enjoy reading, writing, cycling, volleyball and have a special interest in the environment. Something interesting about me.. Well, I'm a good listener?

Hope that has gone well! Have a nice day everyone.

Hi I'm Blair! I'm living down in LA and getting my masters in psychology at Pepperdine University. I went to USC undergrad. Go Trojans! I think it's important that everyone does their part to help out the environment as much as they can. I know I'm not the most uneducated about environmental issues but I feel like this site has shown me things I can do be more environmentally friendly without completely changing my lifestyle. A little goes a long way!
