Are there any Greeniacs out there that are familiar with solar farming?
I have land in Texas and New Mexico that I think would be ideal for this use.

Personally, I don't have exerience working on a solar farm or starting one up myself. However, I did read an article about a new method for harnessing solar energy that IBM has been developing. It's called concentrator photovoltaics (CPV), and it looks promising. It's not entirely new. In fact, as the article points out, the technology was first created in the 1970s.

If you're interested, I'd suggest reading the article. Perhaps you will be able to get your hands on this new technology by the time you're ready to have your solar farm up and running. Good luck! Let us know how it goes.
