I just learned about site that seems like a great idea for people living in Connecticut. It is a green buyer co-op: seems to work like any other co-op in that you pay a membership fee and then get discounts on organic and local foods and other green products that the co-op buys. They also offer some other programs, like business networking and camps for kids. The website is at http://growinggreenco-op.blogspot.com/.
