I did some googleing and found a couple of articles called CherryPal: A Two Watt Computer the Size of a Paperback
and CherryPal to Launch Two-Watt PC Using Freescale Processor Based on Power Architecture Technology
CherryPal computers use cloud computing which relies on applications that run on an online server. I think this allows the computer to be smaller and cheaper, but I wonder whether it limits use. A computer requiring internet access (and I would guess fairly high speed and constant internet access although I do not really know) could not be used by people who could not afford internet or in places without good access.
Which does not mean that a computer like this would not work very well for lots of people.
