Wow, that article really worried me. Nonstick, low-fat products such as the spray "Pam" fall under the category of "nonstick" cookware as well. I didn't realize how harmful these products could be. I have worked with children for about three years now in clinic and school settings and the more we force the kids to use antibacterial products, the more the kids end up getting sick. I am a firm believer in soap and water!
